Volunteering

Any time volunteering in the classroom, at the school, at the parish, in support of the Event office, or in support of the Parent Club can help meet your family's 30 required Fair Share Hours. Please DO NOT wait until the end of the year to meet this obligation! You self-report your hours via your FACTS Family Portal.

Volunteering requires a background check and specific trainings prior to volunteering, followed by signing up with our volunteering platform, HelpCounter.

Please see the below information on both.

Most opportunities for family involvement hours will be listed in HelpCounter.

HelpCounter: Click on the appropriate button below to either set up your volunteer account for the first time or access an existing volunteer account.

If you are setting up your volunteer account, after completing the application, you will receive an email once approved by the school. At that point, you can set up your username and password for logging into the system. You can see upcoming opportunities, sign up to help, and see an accounting of past volunteer event. As a reminder, you will still need to record all volunteer hours throught the FACTS Family Portal.

To record your hours in FACTS, click on the “Family” on the left side of the menu. Select your name in the drop-down menu and click the “+” button in the service hours box. Fill in the required information (date of service, the hours and description of sevice) and click save.

Any hours not recorded by June 30, 2025 will be billed at $50/hour.
